About Me
July 29, 2010So you really want to know more about me?
Well then let’s be friends! Click the Facebook link.
I honestly have a hard time talking about myself. It has nothing to do with a lack of confidence but more to do with an insecurity of people thinking I’m too confident. I have worked hard to become a better photographer year after year. I am very proud of that. I strive for my clients’ view of me as a confident professional artist that lovingly creates precious portraits that are treasured by their family for generations. The trust, value, and honesty that clients share with me is returned ten fold. With that said, I have prepared a formal introduction. Thank you for sharing your time with me.

Welcome to my new blog!
I created a blog in the past but failed miserably! Mainly because I didn’t have a purpose for my blog. I had no direction for it and you guessed it, it fell off the face of the earth. Two years later and now I have a purpose; to share my life with you. I know it seems simplistic but I honestly did not understand that before. A large part of hiring me is determining whether you can connect with me or not. I don’t experience the latter often but offering you my blog, may help persuade you in the right direction. It would be silly of me to think that everyone in this world likes me, even though I would prefer it that way. I needed this blog for you all to figure out who I am. Somewhere to express everything about me with words and images. On this blog, I plan on having session sneak peeks, specials and promotions, resources for clients, and even some random ramblings about my life. I think breakfast, lunch, or dinner would have a better result when trying to figure out who I am. A good fruit smoothie would work too! Have a few giggles while you’re here and enjoy my blog. I encourage you to comment and share my blog with the world. I love hearing what you all have to say, good and bad. Even if it is just a simple hello and mentioning that I am the most awesome photographer in the whole wide world! You know, stuff like that! Extending you Smiles & Blessings from my family to yours.

This is who I am. This is my life.
I love my God. I love my faith. I love my wife. I love that she’s smarter than me. I love that she is super hot, eh hem, I mean beautiful (that is the PC term if I am not mistaken). I love my daughter. I love that she’s smarter than me too. I don’t love that she’s a super beautiful little lady though. Make’s planning her life a little tough. I’m still trying to figure out how to convince her that she needs to stay cooped up in the house forever. I love my son. I love that I am his hero, his captain, his leader; I am his. I love that he’s just like me (water, dirt, and a pretend battlefield make for a perfect day). I love to cuddle with all three of them, individually and all together. I love dog piles on daddy. I love wrestling with my kiddos, until one of them cries (about 30 seconds into wrestling). I love to laugh. I love my kids’ silly laughter. I love smiles. I love being silly and goofy. I love my weird sense of humor. I love food. I love my mom’s homemade beans and tortillas. I love to play video games. I love to relax and chill. I love music. I love to play the bass (and I’m beginning to learn how to play the guitar). I love stand up comedy, um…because I love to laugh. I love electronics. I love my computer. I love my huge dual screens. I love my home theater. I love my surround sound system. I love a great movie. I love cartoons. I love a dramatic TV show. I love making mistakes. I love learning from them.
I LIVE TO PHOTOGRAPH!

Monastery Beach, Carmel, CA
I am based out of Seaside, California on the beautiful Central Coast. I primarily serve the Monterey Peninsula and Salinas Valley areas. Inquire about my services and find out how easy it is to get me to go just about anywhere to capture your portraits. I enjoy road trips with a large iced mocha coffee from 7 Eleven and some loud music for the drive. If you’re out of state and seriously want me to capture your images, then a simple flight out of here is all it takes!
